Condition of your item: 

If any part of your PRODUCT is damaged or does not meet the quality you expected, please send us a picture of your product. Our Quality team will analyze what happened and may send you another product. To be eligible for a new shipment of the product, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel or change something in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order: support@gubary.com We are unable to process cancellation requests after 24 hours, as the package will have already been shipped. We process orders quickly to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. However, after processing in our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. 

 Refund Policy: 

If the product you received is damaged, different from the one you ordered or has problems with delivery, let us know! Please send an email to: suportt@gubary.com. or contact us through the Fanpage or Instagram. We will review each case individually and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe. 

IF THE Late or missing refunds are found (if applicable): 

 If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially published. If you've followed these steps and haven't received a refund, please contact us at support@gmail.com
